"Berserk, Vol. 17" is a part of Kentaro Miura's legendary manga series, kicking off the immersive "Conviction" story arc. Guts arrives in a territory controlled by the Order of the Holy See, where a terrible plague and fanatical torture run rampant. Here, he searches for the missing Casca while the Inquisition conducts its brutal rituals.
This volume features the dark atmosphere of the universe, a parody of ecclesiastical inquisition and fanaticism, incredible detail, and a tense plot. It is a great choice for collectors of dark fantasy and the cult "Berserk" series.
